a personal interpretation of Jacob Black from Stephenie Meyer's novel Twilight. I tried to imagine the first meeting between Jacob and Bella, during her trip to La Push with her friends... I also wanted to express the emotion Jacob inspires to Bella as she describes him "his personal sun" so I tried to make him warm, and also very human. Bella always feel better when Jacob's around so I wanted to make him smile. hope you like it
This is still my favourite drawing/interpretation of Jacob... I just love how genuine and REAL he looks. You captured his warmth so perfectly in this. :3
I love his smile so much, this really is fantastic. *sigh* i need you to get famous so that I can by huge blown up posters of your artwork. get to it girl.
well that's what I like about books...you can immagine the characters the way you want, and in my case, represent them how they look like in your mind and not in a movie
I like this a lot!!! Though he does look much older than he was (physically and actually) when she saw him on the beach for the first time since they were little. I was thinking this would work better when he's older, but he's much more buff then. BUT you do such an awesome job of capturing the emotional side of Bella's Jake that I don't care...
