-the Hybrid Theory-

I began this series of drawings with "The Offspring" [link]

this is chapter2: the little hybrid-boy is grown up now. the alien features blended and now he looks more human, still his eyes are too big to be human and he has no body hairs, no nipples and no navel and his body proportions are not humans.
the general idea was to represent a young man that at first glimpse looks human but then looking closely you start to find differences.

"in my theory there are only males, and that is mainly because of 2 reasons: one has to do with a genetic reason: female hybrids turned out to be infertile, and that is due propbably to the fact that human female reproductive apparat is more complicated than the male one to reproduce. the second reason is has to do with psycological/anthropological reasons: human males have greater difficulty in establishing an emotional relationship with the female hybrids, while human females are more likley to create an emotional bound between the hybrids and them, and that is what the aliens want, they create hybrids so that they can reproduce themseves and raise children like humans do, in order to teach them the variety of human emotions that the grayones don't have. furthermore, aliens are not only interested in our emotions, but also in the fact that our way to reproduce is somehow more efficent than theirs, since their society has a structure similar to the one of the ants, where there are few gendered individuals (the only ones with a reproductive system)that generates workers who cannot reproduce themselves. and because the gendered ones are dieyng out (this is dued to the fact that there is no more genetic improvement)they are looking for new ways of reproducing themselves"
